Bain & Co established its presence in the Indian market in 2004, when it opened up the Bain Capability Center in Gurgaon (NCR). The BCC is an offshore group that provides strategic management and casework support to the Bain network.

In the six years since its inception, BCC has grown more than five times of its initial headcount making it a 100+ member family.
